Consent to the processing of personal data

in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended, I grant Medusa Restaurants, a.s., Súťažná 3, 821 08 Bratislava – Ružinov IČO: 35849592 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)

consent to the processing of my personal data:

• in the scope of name, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address
• for the purpose of processing the message from the web form and contacting you back, for a period of 2 yearsfrom the date of granting consent.

Your rights as a data subject and the possibility of contacting the data protection officer

According to Art. 15 (1) GDPR, you have the right to request free information about the personal data stored about you. If there are legal grounds for this, you also have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of your personal data.

If the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right, according to Art. 21 GDPR the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

If you object to the processing of your personal data, this will not be carried out in the future unless the Processor can demonstrate compelling legitimate interests for further processing that override the rights or interests of the data subject or grounds for exercising a legal claim.

If you yourself have provided the processed data, you have the right to data portability pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR.

If the processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a) GDPR or Art. 9 Para. 2 Letter a) GDPR, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing to date.

In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in the country where you reside or where the Controller is established.
